With “Leviticus”, the Free Opera Zurich deals with instructions, values, rules and laws and thus places a mechanism at the center of an opera that can be observed in many areas of our society. Because rules, although seemingly objective and applicable regardless of context, are subject to constant negotiation and reorganization. So it’s time to take a closer look at the original text of all codes of conduct!
